Juliana and I worked in separate groups, but when a new client was brought on board and caught us a bit short staffed, Juliana was tapped to step in. And boy was I happy it was her! She came up to speed incredibly quickly, and was able to excel on the account in every way. She was able to lead the media outreach and placement efforts when staffing was in short supply, without sacrificing the quality of her work on other accounts. She is a true team player in every way and was critical to our efforts. Aside from my experience on this one client account, Juliana was also a very highly regarded colleague for the entire team, and forges relationships easily and effectively. If any of us ever needed to tap her brain for ideas, or needed help reaching out to media or contacts, Juliana was always happy to help. I suppose I shouldn’t be surprised that someone who has played competitive sports her whole life demonstrated loyalty and commitment to her work, it is just not all that common to find those qualities on the job.
